AI proofs of concept solving problems that don't exist

Holly Joint has this great phrase she uses regularly, "The Museum of Solutions Seeking Problems", especially when talking about technology for the sake of technology. "

This is how she described a lot of the AI 'proof of concepts' that have been operating in many companies, particularly over the last year or so.

Over that time, the technology itself has definitely improved. The difference in capability over just the last year is staggering. However, I'm still hearing colleagues across the industry tell stories of current POCs that are nothing short of astonishing.

This is what Holly and I were discussing in our inaugural episode of Working On It Podcast. We're half way through Season 2, so there's a bit of a back catalogue to listen to if you're looking for some recent discussion on the topics of AI and digital transformation.

It's not at all techie in nature, although I do try and simplify some of the complex tech a little, for the purposes of conversation. However, the shining star here is the logic, language and experience of Holly!

It is available wherever you get your podcasts.

"Oh, and you can follow the LinkedIn page (Working On It Podcast) for updates --> there are a grand total of 3 following at the moment so expect a personal thank you from one or both of us) for any who clicks follow.
