• Established the Transformation Division for a leading bank in the Middle East, reporting to the CEO 

• Supervised all technology operations, digital channels, process reengineering, FinTech, open banking, customer contact centres, customer experience and marketing. 

Chief Digital Officer

• Served at the largest bank in Northern Europe (Market cap: $44 billion, Assets of $650 billion) 

• Reported to Deputy CEO

• Responsible for driving the bank's group-wide digital strategy and related transformation programmes. 

• Launched the bank's Corporate Venture Capital to invest in FinTech startups.

• Led the $330M digital transformation programme a major European financial institutino

• I supervised the mobile application, online banking, open banking and digital change initiatives

I presented a keynote at the Fin42 conference in Reykjavík, Iceland, on behalf of Nordea Bank, talking about the changing consumer habits that are impacting banks. Here's a video of the keynote.
