Two of my friends spent a couple of months rafting in Canada, the US and Mexico and used the small Peli cases to carry their valuables whilst out on the water - which included an Eee PC. They came back singing praises of the little cases which apparently performed their task admirably, despite getting a real soaking in the canoes/kayaks/rafts

Hi Ewan - Good cases - we use them a lot for our tools and equipment when we are working overseas. If you are flying with it, then be careful of the latches. The Peli padlocks are not really up to airport abuse and the latches do come open ( or are opened !) at the airport. We now put re-usable cable ties through the padlock holes when flying - most customs now want to open the cases anyway. Good Luck !
