Ahh it’s not charged!

What a total arse… I looked at my phone this morning to check the time and then noticed the battery didn’t charge overnight. Gahhhh. The plug wasn’t fully engaged so the phone sat there for 8 hours flashing ‘low battery’.

So this morning I am packing a T-Mobile G1 using Vodafone. Within give minutes the fully charged battery was at 90%.

Joy.

Won’t somebody please make a modern smartphone with a flipping great huge battery? (eg Nokia 9000 series)

    I seem to remember that the battery on the old Nokia 9000 weren't that great....

    I don't want to get an E71, it's OLD! I want a newer one! It's been out
    for, what, a year? 1.5 years?

  • old isn't a bad thing, what does James Whatley carry with him
    everywhere? Nokia N95 8GB, that is over 1.5 years old too.

    But to go out and actually buy a new E71 just doesn't work for me. I don't
    want to spend money on an OLD handset!
